The Penelope sequin skirt is one of the first pieces we ever produced, and is now back in time for our Brand's 8th Birthday! This Olivia Rubin signature comes in a rainbow sequin stripe and ends in a midi length with a flattering, flared shape. Designed to be worn at the waist, the skirt closes with a back zip fastening.
