Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the oliviarubinlondon.com website terms and conditions of our Rental Service. These Terms and Conditions together with our Website Terms of Use (the Terms) will apply to any contract between us for the rental/ sale of products listed on the oliviarubinlondon.com website to you. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any products from our website. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.
How long is the Rental period?
All rentals will be 7 days upon receipt of the item(s).
What if I damage or lose my Rental?
If anything happens to your rental, please inform us immediately. The better you manage the situation, the faster we can help you resolve it.
If the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen or the repair costs more than £50, Olivia Rubin reserves the right to charge you for the total estimated Replacement Value of the item.
What is I want to buy my Rental?
If you love your rental and want to purchase it, please contact us at studio@oliviarubinlondon.com for assistance.
What if I want to cancel my Rental?
To cancel a rental, please contact us at studio@oliviarubinlondon.com.
Please note:
- Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the rental start date incur a 30% cancellation charge, automatically applied through your refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable unless actioned within 2 hours of the booking.
What if the item does not fit?
If your item does not fit, you can receive a refund for 100% of the rental fee, minus the dry-cleaning and postage costs. You must request the refund by emailing us at studio@oliviarubinlondon.com on the rental start date in order to qualify for the refund.
Once requested, please post the item back to us on the same or following day – in other words, what would have been the second day of the rental. Please follow the return instructions as detailed below.
Once your item arrives back in studio, a full refund, minus the dry-cleaning cost and delivery charge, will be processed.
How do I return my Rental?
All items should be posted back on the last day of rental with next-day delivery.
* For UK customers, please use the Royal Mail return portal here to generate a label, and drop off your parcel at a nearby post office.
* For all International customers, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is required to please email studio@oliviarubinlondon.com to request a return. After submitting your request, you will receive an email from studio@oliviarubinlondon.com to approve your return.
The responsibility of return falls with the renter. We, therefore, recommend sending all items tracked and insured up to the item's RRP. If an item is lost or damaged during postage, it is the renter's responsibility to compensate the lender for their loss. If an item is insured, the renter can claim this cost back from the postage provider.

Is there a fee for late returns?
It is important that you return your rental on the last day of your rental period, as many items have back-to-back reservations. If, for any reason, it looks like you can’t make your scheduled return date, please contact us by email at studio@oliviarubinlondon.com.
Olivia Rubin reserves the right to charge a £25/day late fee if your rental has not been shipped by the last day of your rental period. The late fee will be calculated from the last day of the rental period until the return shipment date. If the courier has been delayed, please email us the proof of shipment date with tracking so that we can try to assist you.
You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference. The details of your specific contract will not be filed by us. We may amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 3rd October 2024.
